Now that the baton has been passed from one generation to the next, Caleb is well-equipped to take the reins with his fresh energy, professionalism and caring approach. Like his father, he lives and works in the north-east and regards himself a local. While Griff has stepped aside to pursue fresh interests, his experience and guidance will be drawn on in his capacity as a business mentor to Caleb and the team. Having completed his LLB/BA (Political Science) at the University of Canterbury in 2013, Caleb has gained a solid base knowledge of sales and consumer law, conveyancing, and housing policy issues. Disinclined to practise law, Caleb made the decision to join the family profession.
Whilst studying, Caleb joined Team Griff as a personal assistant in 2009. There he learned first-hand the level of service and care involved in any property transaction, implementing innovative systems and processes to improve Team Griff's client experience. Caleb has now transitioned into a full-service sales role, and has earned an extensive list of satisfied clients in the process.
Caleb’s attention to detail, relentless work ethic and intuitive grasp of new technologies ensures Team Griff's clients can reap the rewards of a cutting-edge marketing strategy.

As active has he has been over the last 30 years, Peter (more commonly known as Griff) is stepping aside to return to the land and focus that passion into his cherry orchard in Central Otago.
Knowing the importance of bowing out while on top, Griff is happy to see his son Caleb take over the business he has proudly established and developed over the past three decades.
With mentoring and coaching still close to his heart, he will now focus his contribution to the business in a mentorship role, sharing his wisdom and advice when and where needed.
Quick to admit that Caleb is smarter and sharper than his father, Griff sees Caleb taking the business to new heights and will be sure to be cheering him on from the sidelines.
Team Griff’s smooth day-to-day running is enabled by our incredibly capable and efficient personal assistant, Rebecca Turner. Rebecca’s administrative assistance ensures that Caleb and the rest of the team can focus on what they do best - assisting clients and prospective purchasers.
Rebecca joins the team following a career in the teaching profession where she honed her communication and interpersonal skills through various management units. She has managed the unpredictability of real estate administration with aplomb.
An exceptional administator and organiser, Rebecca plays an integral role in ensuring that Team Griff provides a stellar client experience.
